#NOMANIPULATION ASSOCIATION & NEWS > MANAGEMENT BOARD ANNIVERSARY MEETING 50th Board meeting For more than 13 years, leading personalities and decision-makers from the Austrian sports industry and beyond have been involved in the board of the Association for Protecting the Integrity in Sport – the Play Fair Code – and continuously contribute to the organization’s development and its successful work. At the end of August, the Play Fair Code celebra- ted a special milestone: its 50th board meeting! This anniversary provided an opportunity to reflect after the meeting with a business lunch in a special setting on the Old Danube. Many thanks to all board members for their valuable support over the past 13 years and we hope for many more years to come! 4

TRAINING & PROJECTS > TEACHING & EVENTS PARIS 2024: INFORMATION AND AWARENESS- RAISING FOR ATHLETES Together with our integrity partner orga- nizations (Austrian NADO and 100% Sport / Safe Sport), the Austrian Olympic Committee athletes were once again comprehensively informed about the integrity issues of match- fixing, doping and safe sport during the uni- form days shortly before their departure for the Olympic Games. #NOMANIPULATION INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES > ERASMUS+ PROJECTS ERASMUS+ PROJECT INTEGRISPORT 3.0 Worthy finale for the Erasmus+ project IntegriSport 3.0. The project consortium with expert partners from the Nether- lands, Greece, Spain, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland and the Play Fair Code dealt with the targeted sensitization, education and training of law enforcement and judicial aut- horities in order to improve eff iciency and eff ectiveness in the investigation and prosecution of match-fixing and betting fraud. The foundation was laid last year in a two-day “Awaren- ess Raising Practical Session”, held for criminal investigation off icers in Vienna as one of Austria’s central contributions to the project. 12

#NOMANIPULATION INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES > CONFERENCES INTERNATIONAL FOOTPRINT ENGSO - EUROPEAN ORGANISA- TION FOR GRASSROOTS SPORT EUROPEAN LOTTERIES INDUSTRY DAYS As part of the Members Seminar on the occa- sion of the 32nd ENGSO General Assembly in Vienna, Marc Orlainsky presented the work of the Play Fair Code to the 38 member nations. 14
UEFA ANTI-MATCH-FIXING REGIONAL WORKSHOP IN BELGIUM Hosted by the Royal Belgian Football Association and UEFA, the Play Fair Code, together with the Austrian Football Association and the Criminal Intelligence Service Austria, presented proven current practices for investigating and penalizing match-fixing under criminal and disciplinary law at a UEFA Regional Workshop, taking as example the case of the Austrian Third League. The communication framework established in Austria for many years between the associations, the leagues, the Criminal Investigation Service Austria and the Play Fair Code is regarded internationally as an exemplary model. 15 SPORT4IMPACT At the invitation of Sport4Impact, the Play Fair Code took part in the first international symposium “Impact Investing in Sports along ESG Emerging Standards” at the Milan Stock Exchange in April. During a panel discussion, Severin Moritzer emphasized the importance of integrity and credibility in the ESG field in consideration of the great potential for strategic and sustainable investments in sports and promoted a return-on-integrity approach in connection with such investments.

More than 7,000 fans in the sold-out Vienna Arena may not have witnessed an Austrian ice hockey miracle at this match, but they did see a campaign made possible by win2day, in which the Canadians and superstar Connor Bedard wore the Play Fair Code social media claim #NoMa- nipulation prominently on their jerseys. What a statement!
